Your Canvas in Paradise.

Our 20-hectare property has been carefully planned to offer every resident maximum privacy, views, and accessibility. A 1.5 km long inner ring road allows for convenient access to all building plots, meaning that each of our plots for sale has the required road connection. Through this layout, we have also ensured that every plot features areas suitable for construction and offers a distant view of the sea.

Land Features

Access and Infrastructure

The access to Finca Verdanta begins approximately 700 m from the main road (Via Volcán) on the right-hand side. On the property itself, a 1.5 km long internal road made of Toska material extends across the land. It was excavated down to the stony subsoil to remove the loose black topsoil and create a stable, weather-resistant base. Special care was taken to route the road predominantly along the highest points of the terrain to minimize the impact of rain.

The roadsides are protected by ditches that were intentionally not concreted in the typical V-shape. Instead, they were lined with stones from the surrounding meadows to reduce the speed of the water. This not only reduces erosion during heavy rainfall but also provides a more natural look and increased safety should a vehicle accidentally veer off the road.

For minor repairs and maintenance work, the necessary materials as well as equipment such as a mini skid-steer loader and a roller are available. Every lot on the farm has a direct connection to this internal ring road. A bridge in the southwestern part will eventually complete the road's loop.

Water Supply

The lots are supplied by a natural spring that carries water year-round. The spring itself has already been excavated; the next planned steps are the construction of a collection basin with a stone wall, a protective pavilion roof, and the positioning of the storage tanks.

Around 1.8 km of pipes are currently being laid to reliably distribute the water to all lots later on. Upon completion, the water will be pumped into the higher-elevation tanks via a solar-powered pump. Due to the location of the tanks at the upper edge of the area, the water will then be distributed via gravity, completely without additional energy.

A multi-stage filter system is planned to ensure clean and safe water:

This creates a sustainable, self-sufficient water supply that will reliably deliver clean water to all lots in the future.

Energy Supply & Photovoltaics

The farm offers ample space for a sustainable power supply via photovoltaic systems. While there is a connection to the public power grid from Naturgy, it is not sufficient to power several houses simultaneously – for instance, ten buildings or more.

Thanks to the generous plot and roof areas, a larger solar system can easily be installed if needed. Those who require more energy than a house's roof area provides can place additional panels on another part of the lot – thus, a flexible, independent, and environmentally friendly power supply is easily possible.
