Life at Finca Verdanta is enriched by beautiful, natural and energetic areas that serve as the heart of our community. From social gatherings to healthy activities, these facilities provide a place for residents to connect with neighbors and enjoy the stunning environment together.

Planned Facilities

The Community Pavilion: A planned 200 m² central hub featuring an outdoor kitchen and a large fire pit with seating—the perfect place to enjoy social dinners while watching the sunset over the ocean.
The Dojo: A dedicated space for health and activity. Whether it's martial arts, yoga, or gymnastics, the dojo will be a center for physical and mental well-being.
Relaxation Pond: Adjacent to the dojo, a large, tranquil pond will be created, offering a serene spot for relaxation and reflection after a workout or at the end of the day.
Animal Sanctuary: The central ring of our farm is home to our community animals, including 5 horses, sheep, and chickens, adding to the rustic and vibrant character of the finca.
