Plot Selection & Reservation: Once you've chosen your plot, a reservation agreement and a small deposit will secure it in your name.
Legal & Due Diligence: We provide all necessary documentation for your legal counsel to review. Our process is transparent and fully compliant with Panamanian law.
Closing & Title Transfer: Upon completion of the final payment, the property title is officially transferred to you. The segregation is managed in two main phases, and we will keep you informed of the timeline.
