At Finca Verdanta, sustainability is the foundation of everything we do. Our construction philosophy centers on using innovative, eco-friendly materials and methods that are both beautiful and responsible. We aim to create homes that are light-filled, energy-efficient, and deeply connected to their natural surroundings.

Materials & Methods

Primary Materials: Our preferred building palette consists of locally sourced timber, innovative hempcrete (hemp bricks), and expansive glass to maximize natural light.
Non-Permanent Foundations: We utilize Krinner screw foundations, a modern system that provides robust support with minimal impact on the soil, preserving the land's integrity. These materials are already on-site and ready for construction.
On-Site Workshop: To ensure quality and reduce transportation emissions, we are establishing a fully equipped woodworking shop on the property to craft custom elements like terraces, flooring, and stairs.
Architectural Harmony: We maintain a cohesive aesthetic throughout the community, ensuring all structures complement the natural beauty of the landscape.
