Planned Facilities
The Community Pavilion:
A planned 200 m² central hub featuring an outdoor kitchen and a large fire pit with seating—the perfect place to enjoy social dinners while watching the sunset. Gathering, Celebrations & Shared Living, deliberately designed spaces exist for community activities. The pavilion serves as the meeting point for cooking together, dining, celebrations, and special occasions. In close proximity, there is a large, covered campfire area with rustic seating. It invites residents to consciously step away during or after a gathering, have conversations, or simply find calm. In this way, life can unfold without disturbing the private retreats of the residents.
The Dojo:
A dedicated space for health and activity. Whether it's martial arts, yoga, or gymnastics, the dojo will be a center for physical and mental well-being. Movement, Focus & Relaxation at the heart of the farm lies the dojo — a place for movement, physical practice, and personal development. It is centrally located and equally accessible from all residential plots. A landscaped pond with benches and small covered resting spots complements this area. Water, nature, and a sense of distance create an atmosphere that allows relaxation after sports or yoga as well as quiet moments in everyday life. The dojo is a shared center: calm, connecting, and open to movement, training, and mindfulness.
The Playground
Children and teenagers also have their own space on the farm. Near the pavilion, an area with trampolines, creative climbing elements made from natural materials, and a small gathering spot will be created. This area enables movement, interaction, and independence — embedded in community life, yet with its own identity.
The Workshop
A central component of Finca Verdanta is the wood workshop. Here, handcrafted work for buildings, terraces, floors, and other elements of the farm is created — using ecological construction methods and high quality standards. The workshop is organized so that work takes place in a coordinated and considerate manner. Craftsmanship is understood as a living part of the project, not as a disruptive external element. At the same time, it offers space for learning, participation, and meaningful involvement — especially for young people, who can gain practical skills, responsibility, and structure here.
