Finca Verdanta is aimed at people who don't just want to invest, but want to arrive and feel at home. At couples, families, and individuals looking for a place that supports everyday life and special moments alike.
If you can imagine becoming a part and co-creator of this living space, you will find further information below regarding available plots that require your active cooperation in implementing the sub-projects. Naturally, each of these three project plots has sufficient space for your private construction project.
Planned Facilities
The Community Pavilion:
Planned is an approx. 200 m2 large, open pavilion with a centrally positioned outdoor kitchen and a nearby fire pit with seating. The ideal place to enjoy communal dinners at sunset. The pavilion is intended to become a meeting point for shared meals, celebrations, and special occasions. Interaction, celebration & living together. For communal activities, there should be consciously designed places to retreat during or after a celebration, to have conversations, or simply to find peace. In this way, life can take place without compromising the private retreats of the residents. For this project, we are looking for buyers of plot 2D with approximately one hectare.
The Play Area:
Children and young people should also be able to shape their own space on the farm. Near the pavilion, there is space for an area with trampolines, creative climbing elements made of natural materials, and their own small meeting point. This area enables movement, exchange, and independence — embedded in community life, but with its own identity.
This area is also subject to the operation of the pavilion.
The Dojo:
A dedicated space for health and activity. Whether martial arts, yoga, Tai Chi, or gymnastics — the dojo is intended to be a center for physical and mental well-being. Movement, focus & relaxation. In the heart of the farm, we have found a plot for this purpose that, with a small clearing on a hill, is the ideal location for your future place of activity. A place for movement, physical practice, and personal development. It is centrally located and easily accessible from all residential plots. A pond that has already been prepared is to be supplemented with benches and small covered resting places after completion. Water, nature, and distance create an atmosphere that allows for relaxation after sports or yoga as well as quiet moments in everyday life. The dojo is a shared center: calm, connecting, and open to movement, training, and mindfulness.
The idea of the original visionary is a dojo built in Japanese style that you fill with life.
For this project, we are looking for buyers of plot 1A with approximately 1.9 hectares.
The Workshop:
A central component of Finca Verdanta is the wood workshop. This is where craft work for buildings, terraces, floors, and other elements of the farm is created — using ecological construction methods and high quality standards. The workshop is organized so that work can take place in a concentrated and considerate manner. Craftsmanship is understood as a living part of the project, not as a disruptive foreign body. At the same time, it offers space for learning, participation, and meaningful involvement — especially for young people who can experience practical skills, responsibility, and structure here.
The 13 x 21m hall, which is 6m high in the center, is equipped with various new woodworking machines. A roof for a suitable solar system that still needs to be procured (3-phase, 220V devices) has already been manufactured. Other equipment such as generators, a skid-steer loader, or a motor roller for road repairs are also available.
